The application.
What is SMOOV Living?
SMOOV Living is a membership platform for daily functional nutrition, personalised wellness, partner benefits, private events and founder-member privileges. It is the access layer into SMOOV's wider wellness ecosystem, not a smoothie subscription.
What is the Founding 500?
The Founding 500 is the first member cohort of SMOOV Living. The first 250 applications will be reviewed ahead of HX26, with final allocations released live during the event.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a Founding Membership into SMOOV Living, giving access to functional nutrition, partner benefits, private events and founder-member privileges. It renews annually but it is a membership, not a smoothie subscription.
Why is it by application?
Because the Founding 500 is the first cohort of SMOOV Living and the quality of the member community matters. We read every application.
How long does review take?
Applications are reviewed in rolling order. The first 250 will be decided ahead of HX26. If yours is not reviewed in that phase, it carries through to the event, where the final allocation is released live.
Can I apply at HX26?
Yes. Final Founding Member allocations will be released during HX26. If you cannot apply now, you can apply live at the event.
When you are charged.
When will I be charged?
Only if your application is accepted. At application your card is stored securely with Stripe. We charge £1,799 the moment we accept you — and not a moment before.
What happens if I am not accepted?
Your card will not be charged. The stored payment authorisation is released and no money moves.
How is my card stored?
Stripe holds your card details. SMOOV never sees your card number. We hold a token that lets us charge the card once, if and when your application is accepted.
Is the £1,799 annual?
Yes. £1,799 per year of Founding Membership. The founding rate is held for life on continuous membership.
Refunds?
Full refund within fourteen days of acceptance, no questions. After that, your membership runs to the end of its annual cycle.
Your access.
What is included with Founding Membership?
A Healf Zone blood test (included), daily functional nutrition, personalised wellness, partner benefits across the Healf ecosystem, private events, priority launches, member-only experiences and founder-member status. The full inclusion list is shared on acceptance.
Can I connect my wearable?
Yes. Active members can connect WHOOP, Oura, Apple Health, Garmin and other supported devices to surface personalised recommendations.
What about the Healf Zone blood test?
Every Founding Member receives a Healf Zone blood test, included with their membership. You can collect your kit in person at HX26, or have it shipped to you after the event. Your results feed directly into your SMOOV Living protocol.
What happens after the Founding 500 fills?
SMOOV Living opens to monthly memberships after the Founding 500 is fully allocated. Founding Members retain founder-member status and the founding rate for life.
Your data.
Who controls my data?
SMOOV SHAKES UK LIMITED (Company 15041314), based in London, is the data controller. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What is the Article 9 consent for?
Health and biometric data — biomarker results, wearable metrics — count as special-category data under UK GDPR. We need your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)) to process it to give you personalised recommendations. You can withdraw consent any time from your dashboard.
Can I withdraw my consent?
Yes, any time, from your member dashboard. Withdrawing health-data consent stops personalised recommendations within 24 hours and your biometric data is deleted.
Do you sell my data?
No. Never. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
