What is the Founding 500?

A capped membership of five hundred. Each member pays £1,799 a year, locked at that price for the life of their membership. Once full, the Founding 500 closes and never reopens. The standard membership opens after at £199 a month.

How do I know there are still seats?

The seat counter on the homepage updates live. Members are numbered SMOOV·001 through SMOOV·500 in the order they join — your number is yours forever and inscribed on the Founders Wall at HX26 in June 2026.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel any time within the first thirty days for a full refund. After that, your membership runs until the end of the year. If you don't renew, your seat returns to the cohort — but the founding price-lock is gone for good.

Can I pause my membership?

No pauses. The protocol works because the routine is consistent. If you need to step away, write to us — we'll handle it humanely, but the price-lock requires unbroken membership.

Where can I use my membership?

Every SMOOV location. London first, then Milan in 2026, followed by Paris, Munich, Berlin, Zurich, and Geneva. Your seat travels with you, at the founding price.

What does the Healf Zone test measure?

Forty markers across five categories — energy, recovery, hormones, inflammation, micronutrients. The kit is a finger-prick blood draw you complete at home and return by post.

How long until I see results?

Five to ten days after the lab receives your sample. Results land in your member dashboard. A SMOOV nutritionist writes your protocol within seventy-two hours of results returning.

Who writes the protocol?

Imogen, our in-house nutritionist, reads each member's panel and writes the protocol by hand. Four SMOOVs a week, each chosen for what your data is asking for, with reasoning attached to every choice.

How often does my protocol change?

You retest twice a year. The protocol updates with the new data. If you connect WHOOP, daily recovery and sleep readings inform smaller week-to-week adjustments between retests.

What if I don't want to take a blood test?

The membership is built around the panel. Without it, the protocol is a guess. If a home blood draw isn't right for you, this isn't the right membership — and that's the right answer.

What is the founding price?

£1,799 a year, paid annually. Locked at that figure for the life of your membership, regardless of what the standard membership opens at.

When does the standard membership open?

After Founding 500 closes. The standard membership opens at £199 a month — £589 more a year than the founding price. Founding members never move to standard pricing.

Refunds?

Full refund within thirty days, no questions. After that, your membership runs to the end of its annual cycle. Write to people@smoovuk.com if anything is wrong — we read every email.

Who sees my biomarker results?

You, the SMOOV nutritionist who writes your protocol, and Healf as the testing partner. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising. Full detail in the privacy policy.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Write to people@smoovuk.com and we delete your panel and dashboard data within seven days, including from Healf. We retain only what's required for tax and refunds, anonymised.

What about WHOOP?

WHOOP is optional. If you connect, only recovery, strain, and sleep summaries are read — never location, never raw heart rate, never anything beyond what informs the protocol.

What happens to the biomarker test after the cohort closes?

The Healf Zone test is included with the founding membership for the year you join. After the founding cohort closes, biomarker testing is no longer included with membership — but founders retain a 20% discount on Healf retests for life. The retest cadence stays the same: twice a year, with your protocol updating each time.
