A note from Chloe, co-founder
Growing up, food was medicine. We ate what was in season, moved without thinking about it, and rested properly. Health was a byproduct of how we lived, not a project you worked on.
For years I put band-aids on everything, until one day my body had enough. I lost my period. My skin broke out in ways I didn't recognise, and I was eventually told it was PCOS. What nobody said out loud was that so much of it traced back to inflammation, quietly running in the background, shaping my hormones, my energy, my face in the mirror.
I didn't want to silence it with another prescription. I wanted to understand it. So I went back to what I already knew: real food, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and consistency. Not a 30-day cleanse. A weekly habit I could actually keep. Slowly, my cycle came back. My skin calmed. I felt like myself again, not fixed, but healed from the inside out.
That's why I built LIVING. Because healing shouldn't require a shelf of supplements or a small fortune. It should be something you drink, on repeat, every week, nourishing you toward balance instead of forcing it. Simple, warm, and rooted in the way I was raised.
I still know every member by name. That's the whole point of this first chapter, helping others heal holistically, the same way I did, one week at a time.
